Is Casa Christi on the beach?
– No, but the house is only 4-blocks down Calle 17 to the shore.
Are there restaurants within walking distance?
– Yes. There are several good restaurants like Chilango’s Cocina Economica, Super Hit II and 3 Patitos Empanadas within a short walk.
How about Grocery Shopping?
– The house is 3-blocks from Chedraui, one of the largest grocery and general merchandise stores on the island and another block to the Mega Superstore. And just 2-blocks away in the other direction there is a terrific fruit and vegetable store where you can pick up a liter of fresh squeezed juice for less than $2 USD.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
– There is a queen-sized bed in both bedrooms. In the living room is a queen size futon sofa. Plus the bodaga can be used as a small 3rd bedroom for one.
What is included in the rental fee?
– The house comes completely furnished and ready to live in. The rental fee does include cable TV and Wi-Fi but no other utilities
Is maid service included for the long term rental?
– Maid service is not included however we can help arrange maid service.
Is the house convenient to dive shops.
– It is about 4-blocks to a hotel pier where virtually any dive shop in Cozumel will stop for a pickup.
Is there internet service?
– Yes. High speed WiFi service is included. And cable TV too.
