RATES

From January through April, the rate is $700 per week.  When available, Christmas and New Years weeks are higher.  From May through mid-December, the house goes for $600 per week.

If you have some specific dates in mind, send us an e-mail and we will confirm availability.

The management company that handles our property also offers some additional services that you might want to consider.  In all honesty, we don't make any more money from people who go for the package than we do from those who only rent the house but many people seem interested in these  services so they are presented here for your consideration.

Special All-Inclusive Offer
The total cost for this package is US$1,995 or slightly less than $500 per person for the week.  Other than a few T-shirts and a night or two on the town, that's pretty much what you could count on spending during your week long visit to Cozumel.

This all-inclusive package includes:

  • 7-nights at Casa Santa Fe
  • Three 2-tank dive trips plus one 1-tank night dive for 4 divers
  • A VW Beetle for 7-days
  • A cook providing 6-days of breakfast and dinner for 4 adults with beer and cokes

The management company is pretty flexible on tailoring a package to guests specific needs so feel free to ask about  changing any portion  of it.
