| If you're anything like us, the first time you visited Cozumel, you went home trying to figure out a way to spend more time there. We're still looking forward to the day when we can make the big move but if you've reached the point where you're ready to take an extended stay in Cozumel, you might consider Casa Christi for a long term rental.
We define long term rental as anything over a few months. You'll see on the rates page that we offer a discount for a 6-month lease and a greater discount for a 12-month lease.
Casa Christi is located in the Corpus Christi section of town and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with central air conditioning and a modern kitchen. There is also a bodaga with a window a/c that can be used as a single 3rd bedroom. The house is comfortably furnished in a mix of imported wicker and locally made rustic furniture. The house comes with a TV, VCR and stereo and has a working telephone and cable TV.
There is a fountain in the entry courtyard and a small private garden in back and all of the small touches that make a house a home.
